ISM2006 General Track and Special Track paper presentation instructions

ORAL PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS:

q PRESENTING YOUR PAPER

o  Each oral presentation is allocated a 20minutes slot. Please prepare a 15minutes talk to allow for questions. The order of the talks in each session is given in the conference program.

o  Presenter should arrive at the session room at least 5minutes before the session starting time. Each oral presentation room will have available an LCD projector. Speakers are required to try out the equipment before their session begins or during the breaks.

o  An LCD projector.

 POSTER PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS:

q PRESENTING YOUR PAPER

o  Poster papers have a 1.5 hour time slot. Please prepare a 5 minute explanation of your work, concentrating on the key innovation, and be ready to interact with the audience that approaches your poster in the 90minutes.

o  The Poster presentation sessions will take place in the Networking session. Please have your poster ready for presentation at least 15minutes before the start of the session. Posters should be taken down right after each poster session.

o  Poster presenters are required to stay near your poster throughout the 90mins session. Please let the session chair know or have someone help you to present your paper if you need to leave your poster more than 3minutes.

q EQUIPMENT

o  One 36in x48in poster board for each poster presentation.
