Special Track Abstract:
Modern multimedia communication
applications such as mobile television, movie on
demand, distributed video conferencing, streaming and gaming over wired and wireless
networks have stimulated research for new technologies in the
area of multimedia architectures, processing, and networking. Current communications

We solicit original and overview papers in theoretical study, architecture
design, performance
analysis, complexity reduction, and real-world applications relevant
